Clickety-Clack Cottage

Clickety-Clack is nestled at the head of Loch Eil, 10 miles from Fort William, 6 miles from Glenfinnan. Sleeps 4 persons max. Sits along side the A830. 1 well behaved dog is permitted at the cottage with prior arrangement. We have beautiful views of the Loch and Ben Nevis. Perfect for couples and families and sits alongside the West Highland Railway line, the cottage is in the enviable position to watch the trains pass the front door. Car is essential in order to see the surrounding areas.

Ideal central base for day trips to Loch Lomond, Loch Ness and Isle of Skye.

Schoolhouse cottage has gorgeous views of the sea and mountains and is wonderfully located for exploring the highlands. We welcome guests with one small to medium sized dog, but if you wish to bring a dog do not use instant booking - please get in touch with us beforehand. Alan Brek, famous hero of "Kidnapped" by RL Stevenson, was born and raised in this house. Many historic events are related to Ballachulish House. It's beautiful grounds are surrounded by golf course.
