Casa Porta Verde is located in the beautiful Istrian gem Bale on the Rovinj (12km) - Pula (29km) road. It is 6km inland, and down the road is beautiful Mon Perin Camping (for which free entrance card is included in the price, incl. free Aquapark Wibit) and Paleo Park (adult daily ticket 10 EUR). Bicycle and hiking routs intertwine the area. The house is located in a small peaceful square within the old city. It is ideal for relaxed family vacation and offers true experience of Istria's best.

Villa Vallese is located in the picturesque Istrian town of Bale. It spreads over four floors. In the basement there is a tavern with an indoor fireplace, dining area and billiards. The ground floor has a spacious living room with dining area, large kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. On the first floor are three bedrooms, two bathrooms and smaller living room. In the attic there is bedroom, bathroom and large terace. Villa Vallese has a large swimming pool, outdoor bbq and children's playground.

On the ground floor you will find a well-equipped, chic kitchen with a spacious dining area as well as a toilet with washing machine and dryer. On the 1st , 2nd and 3rd floor there is a living room and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Pantry kitchen is on the 3rd floor. Charm in medieval town!
