The apartment is on the second floor, accessed by a spiral staircase of a traditional 16th century Baroque building with lots of charm and Old Town details. It has been recently furnished with tasteful furniture and accessories. Here is a brief summary: #1 SPACIOUS BEDROOM with large king size bed (2x2 metres) and a wall of mirrored closets for storage. Fresh atlas linen provided. #2 LIVING ROOM Spacious and comfortable lounge and dining area, where you can relax, listen to Spotify or choose a movie from the Netflix catalogue on a 49” LED TV screen. #3 MEDIEVAL BATHROOM with a barrel vault ceiling has a panoramic wall mirror. Essentials and towels are provided for each guest. #4 THE KITCHEN is well equipped. As we love to cook, the kitchen has pretty much everything you need if you feel like cooking during your stay. The gadgets include a fridge, a stove, a microwave and a kettle along with cooking utensils, pots, a mokka espresso pot, a full dinner set and glasses, etc. Including coffee, tea, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and various kinds of spices) This is a non-smoking flat, but you are welcome to smoke downstairs in front of the house. Historical center, shops, restaurants - everything the city can offer is just a step away. This apartment is quiet (even though tram stop is close) because it is oriented to a silent courtyard. Naive Home decorations are inspired by folk ornaments, all are handpainted. We are located on 2nd floor with elevator in residential building

Exklusives Ferienhaus Seewinkel

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich direkt am Nationalpark Neusiedler See Fertö Hansag und ist somit einzigartig. An der Grundstücksgrenze beginnt das Nationalpark Gebiet mit einem tollen Ausblick auf den Nationalpark, die umliegenden Orte Apetlon, Illmitz, Rust, Mörbisch und Fertörakos, in der Ferne sieht man an klaren Tagen den Schneeberg. Eine vielfältige Vogel- und Tierwelt ist hier erhalten, Graugänse, Kraniche, Störche und Silberreiher und Rotwild gehören hier zum saisonalen Tagesablauf.

Auenblick

The chalet is located at the edge of the forest in the medieval town of Hainburg an der Donau with a view of the Donauauen National Park. The "Donauland Carnuntum" area offers delightful hiking and biking trails, culture and culinary delicacies. Excursions to Bratislava, the Roman city of Carnuntum or the nearby Marchfeld castles by bike or boat are particularly recommended in the summer months. Or you just enjoy the tranquility of nature with romantic sunsets and let your mind wander.

2025 habe ich eine weitere Ferienwohnung komplett renoviert. AVA 3 ist 60m2 groß und befindet sich im 1. Stock des Haupthauses. Räumlichkeiten: Eingangsbereich, Bad mit großzügiger Dusche ( 1,20m x1m), Waschbecken, eigene Waschmaschine, getrenntes WC, große Wohnküche, 2 Schlafräume mit jeweils einem Doppelbett. Alle Räume sind mit einer Zentralheizung ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist hell und modern eingerichtet. Entspann dich in dieser besonderen und ruhigen Unterkunft.

One room apartment is within walking distance from many restaurants, clubs and and Bratislava landmarks (e.g. Main Square, Historic Opera House, Old Town Hall). Easy access around the city from nearby public transport stations. Fully equipped kitchen with utensils and basic cookware. Foldout queen size bed. Folding sofa (unfolded comfortably accommodates one person). Bathroom with a bathtub. Linen and towels provided.

Comfy Sudio close to the city centre

The studio is very well located, 15 minutes walking distance from the city centre, tram and bus stops are located 30 metres from the house. There is a grocery shop 30 metres from the house, as well as coffee shops, bars and restaurants. I would like to point out the proximity of the tram under the windows; if you are sensitive to noise, my accommodation is not suitable for you.

Entspann dich in dieser besonderen und sehr ruhigen Unterkunft. Das Apartment befindet sich im hinteren Teil eines Hotels. Es hat einen separaten Eingang und einen eigenen Parkplatz mit E-Ladestationen. Natürlich mit Klimaanlage, kleiner Küche, Dusche und WC. Die Wohnung ist über eine Treppe im 1. Stock erreichbar.

Unsere zwei, mit viel Liebe eingerichteten Wohnungen in Mörbisch warten auf Euch :-))) Wir freuen uns sehr auf Euch :-)) Jede Wohnung, 35 m2, hat einen eigenen eingezäunten süßen Garten und eine große Terrasse. Näher zum See und ins Dorfzentrum geht es nicht :-) Trotzdem sehr ruhig und idyllisch gelegen.
