In leicht erhöhter Lage, umgeben von Wiesen und Wald bietet diese Ferienwohnung perfekte Erholung in der Natur, direkt vom Haus kann man zu Fuß verschiedene Wanderziele erreichen oder mit dem Mountainbike die umliegenden Strecken erkunden. Mit dem Auto erreicht man das Zentrum von Bad Ischl in 10 Minuten. Nach Hallstatt sind es ca. 25 lMinuten , die vielen Seen des Salzkammergut sind in wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen. Zu den verschiedenen Schigebieten sind es ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto.

The world-famous towns Hallstatt and St. Wolfgang are roughly within a 20km radius, and Salzburg is approximately 50km away. A true highlight in summer are the numerous lakes close to Bad Ischl that invite you for a swim.

The children-friendly accomodation serves as a perfect starting point for families for various excursions and trips in the MondSeeLand region as well as in Salzkammergut. Pool, new wellness area with with sauna and infrared cabin for your use. Tourist tax is €3,10 per person/day aged 15 and over.

Die ca. 35m2 große Wohnung liegt im Zentrum von Bad Ischl. Zu Fuß sind Bahnhof, Geschäfte und Restaurants der Innenstadt erreichbar. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, einen Parkplatz kostenlos zu nutzen. Ansonsten ist angrenzend der gebührenpflichtige Parkplatz Kaiservilla ( 2 e Ladestationen) . Ein versperrbarer Fahrradabstellplatz ist vorhanden.

Fahrradtouren in alle Richtungen.
