All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Small summer house built on a beautiful property overlooking the bay of Piran. Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, to Piran's city center, the nearest supermarket, and the main bus stop. The summer house features a kitchenette and a very small bathroom. A small air conditioning device was installed in 2024. One parking space is available for free in front of the main house. The rustic stone house, approximately 115 years old, was renovated in 2003. Our passion for connecting with guests and the opportunity to offer rentals drives us to new challenges each year. The house accommodates 4 people and also has a sofa for an additional 2 guests. The pool is exclusively for guests' use, as is the parking. Wi-Fi is also available. The nearest beach, Rabac, is 20 minutes away.
