Welcome to our cosy glamorous bell tent set in a truly magical location where the woods meet the reeds. Enjoy the wonderful combination of riverside wilderness, farm animals and comfortable outdoors accommodation which is only ten minutes walk to Woodbridge with all the buzz of a lively Suffolk market town. Hidden in the Suffolk countryside, yet close to Southwold, Walberswick and Dunwich beaches all a 10 minute drive away. Large open plan cabin sleeping 2, comfortably furnished, secluded private garden with sun deck, surrounded by mature trees. Henham Barns wedding venue 3 miles away and Thorington outside theatre within walking distance, nature reserve and marsh a 2 minute walk, ideal for wildlife and bird watching. Two pubs nearby. Within the catchment area for Sizewell - 20 minutes by car.

You and your dog/s can enjoy a private enclosed meadow to sit and watch the wildlife fly over head. Dip your feet in the River Waveney situated alongside the dog friendly village pub, a mere 5 mins walk away or stroll along to the woods. Your children too can experience glamping, we can set up one of your chair beds with a mattress topper for a cosy stay. Stunning Lakeside Shepherd's Hut - Hot Tub & Sauna

A stunning shepherd's hut in a beautiful lakeside location. Set at the back of a working farm & equestrian centre the hut is well-appointed with modern decor. Visitors will have the use of the hut, stunning firepit & BBQ. A beautiful private wood-fired hot tub is attached for your exclusive use. There is also a sauna a few steps away. The lake is well fenced, secure & very private. Visitors are welcome to fish in the very well-stocked specimen Carp lake, with multiple fish approaching 40lb.

Shepard’s Hut in Small Orchard

This is a stand alone unit totally self contained with shower and toilet. Unlike garden rooms this unit has wheels and a tow bar. The (should I say) Shepherdess Hut as it was used by a small holder during lambing to be close to her flock. Not suitable for long stays. More details below in The Space. Our small orchard has 2 x cherry, plum, 3 x pear, 2 x apple, greengage, apricot, mulberry, medlar and olive. We also have two 2 x raspberry, loganberry, Japanese wine berry and our own hops

3 Bedroom House with Parking (dog friendly)

Good size 2 storey modern 3 bedroom home in Chelmsford. Only 15 minute walk to mainline train into london and 5 minutes from Broomfield Hospital. Bus stop and local shops 300 yards away. Feel at home with the large kitchen diner that leads onto the large decking area with BBQ. Chill out in the evening with a glass of wine in the snug room and watch all sky channels, including sky movies, sky sports, and netflix. 2 large double rooms and a single room available to sleep 6 people.

The Cabin Millers Meadow

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Set in 4.5 Acres of Pakenham wildflower Meadow owned by Artists Steve and Jackie Manning. The Cabin Boasts extensive views of not only many Topiaries and sculptures but it also over looks Mickle Mere Nature Reserve and Pakenham Watermill. It is very secluded and is a solitary Cabin on the wildflower meadow. With access to the stream. Barbeque for outside evenings under the stars. We also have several roaming Goats and Chickens etc.

Afterward, unwind by the firepit, toasting marshmallows or stargazing under the woodland canopy with complimentary blankets. Kids can enjoy the play area with a trampoline, mud kitchen, and play shop.

The Annexe in Tye Green

Tucked away from the bustle of nearby amenities, the stylish Annexe offers guests a calm place to relax, yet with everything you might want to do within easy reach. King size beds; a comfortable living/dining/work area; a well-equipped kitchen; outdoor space with views across fields and access to walks through the North Essex countryside. Walking distance to Braintree Village; 20 minutes by car to Stansted airport, Chelmsford and Colchester and an hour to the Essex coast.

Cosy house close to Christchurch park and Town

A spacious 3 bed terraced house in a quiet residential street ten minutes from Christchurch park and fifteen minutes from Ipswich town centre. As is normal nowadays, the house has unlimited wi-fi and all you would expect in a modern house. Tea, Coffee, Sugar is always provided. We live just round the corner, please if anything in regards to cleaning or other problems are seen of concern please let me know as soon as possible and we’ll resolve things immediately.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Our lodges are fully insulated have double glazing central heating, perfect for all year round 03 Lodges sleep up to 6 guests. They are well equipped with ensuite, television sofa and full kitchen inside. We are surrounded by lovely countryside but also only a 10 minute walk into Long Melford which has lots of pubs and restaurants the Lodges, our own design. Dog friendly 2 well behaved dogs max per cabin.
