This is your own little oasis in the heart of the bustling and vibrant West End - a private conservatory bedroom with en suite shower room & own front door! A short walk from Glasgow University, Kelvingrove Art Gallery & Museums and right beside Kelvinbridge Underground. Surrounded by a great selection of bars, restaurants & coffee, asian, African, specialist, vintage and artisan food shops.

Stunning seashore studio - step out to the beach

Spacious studio with direct access to the beach and uninterupted views of the bay and Holy Isle (no traffic). The studio is within a secluded end of the road seafront bungalow and has a king-sized bed with optional third bed. It's a nice hideaway for a couple, friends or young family. Local cafes, hotels and shops are a 15 min walk. Perfect for walkers, cyclists & birders. Your host is a Scottish marine campaigner who helped set up the Arran Marine Protected Area and has good tips for visitors.

Great location with street parking available at property and nearby to all transport links. Beach is minutes walk away, also minutes walk to Ayr town centre, shops, bars, restaurants and Ayr Racecourse. Perfect base for those without a car as walking distance to centre. 7 miles from Royal Troon golfcourse and 15 miles to Turnberry.

Ashcraig, Lochranza, Isle of Arran

Twin bedroom, sitting area, breakfast area and shower. Stunning views of Lochranza Bay. Please note 0.3mile up a rough hill track, parking at foot of track. Close to Arran Coastal Way and Lochranza - Claonaig ferry. Bus stop 0.8mile. Mini fridge, microwave, plug-in single hob, kettle, toaster. Breakfast provided; cereals, tea, ground coffee, bread, butter, milk, conserves. Gluten free/vegan if requested in advance. Attached to owners' home and artist's studio. We are next door for help/advice.

Self-contained private annex with lounge/small food prep area and separate bedroom wirh en suite/electric shower and walk-in cupboard. Lounge has ethernet/ WiFi and 43” 4K Smart TV with Netflix. Coffee machine/milk frother, fridge, microwave, toaster, portable hob and kettle. Tea/coffee, porridge and cereal provided. Snacks left on arrival - pastry/ biscuits, fruit and dairy items. Private entrance/keylock garden/patio. On longer stays washing/drying of small amounts of clothing.

Ivy Bank Studio Creetown - Gem Rocks Neighbour.

Ivy Bank Studio, run by Mary & Jonathan, is an attached studio room of Ivy Cottage. It is independent from the main Cottage. Which itself was built in 1795 from local stone. It is situated on a private no through road, located directly in front of the Gem Rock museum and cafe. The location of the studio room in Creetown offers excellent outdoor views across to Cairnsmore Hill & Wigtown Bay. Creetown itself is a welcoming tourist village ideal for those wishing to explore Dumfries & Galloway.

The Green sits within Ratho Park Steading: a stunning Scottish courtyard stable (built 1826; converted 2021). It borders Ratho Park Golf club (area of outstanding beauty), a walk from the heart of Ratho village, 8miles from Edinburgh centre. Rooms are stylishly furnished (with wifi), and proudly eco-friendly (ground source heated). Fordell loft is a cosy Scottish studio in the kingdom of Fife, surrounded by country veiws and walks. Free private parking beside loft in courtyard . Ten minutes east of Dunfermline , Ten minutes from Aberdour coastal path .Motorway route M90 and A92 close . St Andrews 45 minutes by car .Bus service is 10 minutes walk to crossgates . Park and ride at Halbeath provides excellent links throughout scotland , Edinburgh city centre and Edinburgh airport are roughly thirty minutes away by car x
