Our cottage is perfect for families, couples or friends who want a peaceful base to explore glorious Argyll. This is a truly magical place, with incredible sea views, and a large garden that leads straight on to the shore. It's also a great base for exploring the Isle of Bute, the "Secret Argyll Coast", and the Arrochar Alps. After a big day out, you can come back and relax in front of the log burner. Leac Na Sith means "Hearthstone of Tranquility"... it could not be a more appropriate name.

The Bothy is a beautifully presented & spacious, one bed detached house. Set in 4 acres of woodland on the banks of the River Doon & forming part of Doonbank Cottage's woodland garden, it is a very peaceful and quiet location. One (medium sized) dog allowed.

LynnAllan Cottage is a gorgeous rural getaway with stunning open views. Accommodation is in a spacious 2 bedroom Victorian house, built in 1870. It is part of a courtyard with a deli, smokehouse and award-winning seafood restaurant. The house is beside the A78 road, backing onto the Fairlie moors where you can find walking, cycling and hiking routes up Kaim hill with outstanding views of the Clyde coast. Ferries to Arran / Millport / Dunoon / Rothsay are close by (Ardrossan 15 minutes drive, Largs 10 minutes). Licence number NA00037F.

Country village cottage.

Dunlop is only 1/2 hour drive to some of Ayrshires top golf courses. The train takes less than 30 mins to Glasgow city centre. The village has a community pub, a community cafe(open Thursdays and Fridays for morning coffee and lunch. A newsagent, post office/ shop and an Artisan Bakery ( openThursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.) A new craft shop has also recently opened next door to our home. The nearest supermarket is 10 mins. drive away.

Fairy Cottage

Fairy Cottage is a self contained, fully equipped detached cottage, set in private grounds with private parking. Private patio area with garden furniture. Quiet and peaceful on a summer's evening. High Chair and travel cot available on request. Additional day guests only permitted with prior permission and an extra charge may be incurred. Our cottage has a capacity of a maximum of four people sharing two beds.

This traditional 18th-century detached gatehouse is tastefully decorated and furnished to a very high standard. It offers an ideal holiday base to relax or explore the surrounding area. Situated close to the city of Glasgow, Peel Lodge is only 20 mins by train from the city centre, 30 miles away is Loch Lomond, The Trossachs and Ayrshire. Edinburgh and Stirling can be reached in an hour. Shop, pub/restaurant 1 mile.
