PARKING IS STRICTLY BY ARRANGEMENT The flat is opposite a pub (closed as of Sept 2025). However we have very few reports of noise.

Little Knoll Barn is a rustic, cosy, self catering accommodation, offering a king size bed & travel cot & or hi chair if required. For pets, 2 maximum, we provide a water bowl, dog towel & disposal bags. We are located close to the M1, A1, M25 and Luton Airport. We are also conveniently near Harpenden Train station with fast links into Kings Cross St Pancras and Eurostar. Its location makes it the ideal place to stay close to some local places of interest such as St Albans.

Welwyn Village - Modern, cosy 2/ 3 bed home!

Our newly-refurbished end terrace house, is nestled in leafy Hertfordshire village, Old Welwyn - Off street parking for 2 vehicles. With only a 5min drive to Welwyn North or 8 min to Welwyn Garden City train stations. This is a main line 20min trip to Kings Cross. 5 minute walk into the village, with 7 pubs and a variety of restaurants/takeaways such as Indian, Greek, Italian & Mediterranean. The village also has a Tesco Express and BP/M&S for those last minute goodies!

Whilst it is in a secluded location off the A1, it is a 29 minutes train ride to London St Pancras International. Best served by car as there is limited pedestrian access. Ideal for working professionals or a small family. Max 2 adults & 2 children.

Grade 2 listed Tudor cottage with amazing inglenook fireplace. Large riverside garden (previously featured in the NGS) plus use of a hot tub, for an additional charge, in grounds. Ideal for longer stays with excellent commuter links for London, Harpenden, St Albans and Stevenage. Relax and enjoy footpath walks, including the Ayot Green Way, to gastro pubs. Fully equipped kitchen, outdoor court yard with bistro table, king sized bed, sofa bed, tv and Netflix, broadband, walk in shower, nespresso coffee machine. Country pubs within walking distance. Babies, small children and well behaved pets considered - cot and high chair can be provided.

Located in the village of Datchworth, near to Knebworth and Stevenage. 2 1/2 miles to main line Station, to Kings Cross or the North.

Part of historic Wheathampstead Place, owned by two former Prime Ministers, our ground floor apartment is modern, light and airy with 2 good size bedrooms (super-king and king beds which can be split into singles on request) with an additional single bed, or a cot, we can put up in the lounge on request. Master bathroom and second toilet. Parkingy for 2 cars. They are next to our home and well cared for.
