Although it is attached to our home by one wall, the place will be entirely private to you with its own entrance and plenty of side street parking. This is a 950 sqft one-bed room suite on my house. It has its own entry, kitchen, family room and bathroom. The house is right by Eaton high school. The suite has brand new floor and new painting. The family room has recline sofas, sofa bed and computer desk. 1 hour to Denver and Denver international airport. 30 mins to Fort Collins. 15 mins to Greeley and UNC. Just over 1 hour to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. 40 mins to Wyoming

Lovely 2 bedroom loft apartment located on a working farm 10 minutes from Old Town Fort Collins, Breweries, Dining, It is about 7 miles to Old Town Fort Collins and CSU.
