Back courtyard for shade and front lawn facing North. Warm and sunny. For Guest staying for 3weeks or longer, there is curtesy cleaning of the bathroom and kitchen areas during your stay, every 2 weeks . The lawns are mowed fortnight. No pets or smoking. No parties.
