1km from Mairangi Bay (10 mins walk/2-3 mins drive).The guest area is below the main house & has its own entrance. The studio with HRV ventilation, heatpump and double glazing is ideal for solo travellers, couples with or without one small child. Please note that our downstairs studio has a low ceiling (1.98m high) and we don’t have a full kitchen. Breakfast: Tea/Coffee (Nespresso Machine)/Cereal and milk included. Double glazed cedar french doors provide a seamless flow from the kitchen and living area to a private deck for alfresco dining. Guests can relax on an outdoor sofa while enjoying a meal on the deck.
