The Tower, Thornton Castle

Traditional & relaxed accommodation in the 16th century Scottish tower of our family home. Accessed by a spiral staircase your space comprises 2 bedrooms for 4 people over two floors in a private wing of the castle with bathroom and small sitting room. Full breakfast included. Set in the foothills of the Cairngorm National Park, this is an ideal stop off between Inverness and Edinburgh. Balmoral Castle, Dunnottar Castle, Glamis Castle and St Andrews are nearby. The Den

The Den is a stunning stone built 1 bedroom cottage finished and furnished to the highest standard offering a very comfortable stay for our guests. Set in a quiet rural location and within easy reach of Aberdeenshire’s many attractions makes it the perfect location for your getaway. The open plan kitchen / diner has a fully fitted modern kitchen. A full size single bed can also be added to the large bedroom to accommodate 3 guests. There is outside seating and patio area.

The Couthie Cooshed is cosy well appointed and is set in a private garden on the edge of fields. This barn is a wonderful place to relax and unwind in the country surrounded by fields and wildlife. Crovie Cottage, Crovie , Aberdeenshire

The cottage looks like a traditional fisherman's cottage, painted white with red shutters and a red door, but walk through the heavy wooden door and you enter a modern, white interior full of light and surprisingly spacious. The cottage sits right on the margin of the North Sea with only a sea wall and its Bankhead above the stoney beach. The space is open plan as are the sleeping spaces upstairs . It's a peaceful comfortable place to be .

A place to get away, relax and enjoy the natural surroundings! Nochty Studio is a eco cabin located on the edge of the small village of Bellabeg in the Cairngorm National Park, in close proximity to Ballater, Braemar, Royal Deeside and on the edge of Moray. The Studio is on the east side of Glen Nochty enjoying open views of the Nochty River and the Doune of Invernochty. The village itself is a 5 minute walk away, with a local shop.

Antlers Cottage, Glenmuick Estate

Antlers Cottage is a cosy cottage in the heart of the Glenmuick estate. It provides a convenient and homely base from which to explore Royal Deeside. The cottage has two double/twin bedrooms with a Bathroom, Kitchen, Sitting Room and Dining Room. The Sitting Room has a welcoming open fire, WiFi and a Digital TV with DVD player. The property is heated throughout and all linen, towels and logs are provided.

Forglen Estate-Forglen Lodge

The Lodge can sleep up to 6 people. It has a lovely Scottish heritage feel inside and lots of architectural character on the outside. The mantel for the open fire inside was made from elm wood grown on the estate and there is some history to be discovered about the external features . Almost like living in your own mini castle during your stay! There are amazing walks and wildlife on the estate too!
