A charming, fully restored heritage cottage where timeless character meets modern comfort for a peaceful escape. Despite its serene setting, you’re just a short journey from transport links into London. At the heart of the courtyard stands a magnificent ancient London Plane tree, with historic stables adding to the charm behind. To the front, a delightful country garden opens out to picturesque views of the orchard and paddock—creating an idyllic setting to unwind and enjoy rural living.

Nicko’s Cowbridge Cottage

Cowbridge Cottage is the perfect home to home environment it is suitable for families, friends, work and business accommodation or for those just visiting Bedford with 4 bedrooms 1.5 bathrooms which can facilitate up to 8 people. Located within walking distance of many restaurants, retail outlets and a gym it is also a 5 minute drive from the town centre as well as having direct routes to Luton, Milton Keynes, Cambridge and more via the A6, B530 and A421 which leads to the M1 junction 13.

Tyburn Barn is a luxury barn conversion located in pulloxhill, a small village in Central Beds. There is excellent walking, cycling, country pubs and places to visit close by. The Barn is perfect for couples and solo adventurers. The self contained accommodation consists of one double bed fully fitted kitchen and lounge area with patio doors to a balcony with seating area. It has a luxury bathroom with underfloor heating a shower, hairdryer and lighted mirror towels are also provided.

At Cambridgeshire Lakes, we believe that your holiday should start from the moment you drive down our rural, tree-lined track and into the serenity of our stunning lakeside location. The lodge provides a stylish and comfortable accommodation for couples or groups of four people. The vaulted living area includes a large dining table, two comfy sofas surrounding the wood burner and a large flat screen Smart TV. We currently have four lodges available on the site (sleeping 16 in total).

Spacious, characterful and cosy barn conversion next door to our cottage in a lovely rural north Bedfordshire village. A large comfortable living room with log burner and a kitchen stocked with all the food essentials for breakfast including home made bread. The bedroom is spacious and there's a luxury shower room. Private access is via a side gate and separate private entrance. Lovely village pubs and a shop are a short stroll away and lots of other great places to eat are nearby

The Barn at the Old George and Dragon

The village of Pavenham is situated just 6 miles north of Bedford. Surrounded by the beautiful setting of the River Ouse, the village has a magnificent golf club and a pub right in the centre. Just 100 metres from the Old George and Dragon, the COCK does not provide food at the moment, but a great atmosphere. However, 5 minutes drive away is the SUN at Felmersham which does good food. Several places in Bedford deliver takeaways. Ideal for walkers on the John Bunyan Trail.

Pear Tree Cottage @ Upper Wood End Farm

Pear Tree Cottage is one of our two holiday cottages at Upper Wood End Farm. It provides: - Fully equipped kitchen, with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, sink, fridge-freezer, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. - Dining/sitting room area with table, 2 chairs and large comfy sofa. - Beautifully tiled bathroom with shower - Gas central heating - Fully enclosed patio area with table and 2 chairs - Sofa bed for 3rd guest. £20 charge if required when only 2 guests.

Hay Barn by the River Ouzel

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique, barn on the River Ouzel. Here you can experience a peaceful get away whilst also being close to amenities and adventure. Right on the doorstep of Newport Pagnell and only 3 miles from Milton Keynes City Centre and all it has to offer. And just 5 minutes from the M1 (Jct 14), for those that want to explore further afield. Perfect for Silverstone, Towcester Racecourse, Stadium MK & Marshall Arena and lots more.

The Secret Corner

We have put a lot of care and attention into our unique log cabin, hot tub and private garden. Access is through our separate secure entrance to the bespoke garden. When inside feel free to enjoy a relaxing night under the stars, ideal for a couple or solo travellers. The Secret Corner is the perfect base to explore local areas including Woburn, Wrest Park and a short ride away to Flitwick Train Station with direct access to London St Pancras in less than an hour.

Peaceful Lakeside Retreat with Highland Cows

Welcome to your cosy corner of the Bedfordshire countryside - a peaceful rural escape, yet minutes from the M1, Milton Keynes and major transport links. You'll have Highland Cows grazing in the field right behind you and a lake with swans and ducks in view across the grounds. And if you're a dog person, expect a warm welcome from Evie, our very friendly dog. It's the kind of place where you can hear the trees rustle and birdsong drift up from the lake.
