Located outside a small, quiet hamlet (altitude 800 metres) at the end of a winding road, the south-facing barn enjoys panoramic views of the mountains, and is surrounded by fields and woods - with no vis-à-vis! Entirely renovated using ecological materials, the gîte retains all the charm and authenticity of a Pyrenean dwelling, but with all the comfort of a purpose-built gite. The barn caters to everybody – couples, solos, families with children, and walkers with their four-legged friends.

Proche des stations de ski Ax Bonascre, Ascou Pailleres, Portet Puymaurens, Le Chioula.A 40 kms du Pas de la Casa et Andorre, à 14kms d'Ax les thermes,station de sports d'hiver et station thermale, à 10 kms d'Ussat les bains avec sa cure thermale et les célèbres grottes préhistoriques .

Nous vous accueillons dans cet appartement au rez de chaussée de notre maison, proche de toutes les activités de plein air et de montagne. Ax Bonascre à 25 min, le plateau de Beille et son ski de fond à 25 min, proche du Pas de la case (45minutes). Vous pourrez également profiter en été de nombreux sites d'escalade, de randonnée, mais également de la piscine extérieure chauffée d'Aston l'été, accessible à pied en 5 minutes. Nous nous ferons un plaisir de vous renseigner lors de votre séjour.

Le gite est situé dans un quartier très calme au pied du plateau de Beille( ski de fond et randonnée), à 500m du centre de Les Cabannes (supérette,boulangerie, pharmacie, restaurant...), 40 km du pas de la case, 15km d Ax les thermes( station de ski et thermoludisme). Maison fraichement rénovée par nos soins; au rez de chaussé une grande pièce ouverte avec cuisine toute équipée, à l' étage deux jolies chambres dont une avec vue sur le Quié de Sinsat et une salle de bain toute neuve.

Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.
