Us too, so we've decided to eliminate it for our rentals-just please clean up after yourselves. Dog friendly with a $50 NON-REFUNDABLE fee. Dog must be noted on your reservation.

We are a working farm so you may encounter us, but will respect your privacy as much as we can. You are welcome to "free range" with our sheep and enjoy exploring the property. Sometimes our lambing season (pretty much year-round) will offer bottle babies that you can feed and cuddle.

Two large rivers, James and Rivanna offer recreational activities. Rustic cabin, country located. Clean and cozy with a well stocked kitchen with all your cooking needs.
