Von der Dachterrasse hast du einen einzigartigen Blick über die gesamte Stadt und Sehenswürdigkeiten.

A las afueras de Artà, a tan solo 2,5 km del pueblo, se encuentra C’an Felip, una casa ideal para disfrutar de unas vacaciones relajantes en familia, perfecta para viajar con niños. Within a 10-minute drive, we can reach more than 10 different beaches and two golf courses.

In der Fußgängerzone (ca. 5 Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt) befinden sich zahlreiche Restaurants, Bars und kleinere Geschäfte, sowie Banken, eine Post und ein Supermarkt. Die nächsten Strände erreicht man mit dem Auto in ca. 10 Minuten.
