Large 2-floor house overlooking the Garni temple and the mountain panorama, surrounded by an fruit garden (apples, pears, cherries, hazelnuts, etc.). The house is decorated with the works of Armenian artist Martirosyan. Three bedrooms, kitchen-living room, gallery, two bathrooms, 4 balconies. We offer our guests Armenian cuisine (breakfasts, lunches and dinners). We also hold a master class on painting plates on prepared stencils. There is a place for cooking barbeque.

It welcomes people mainly from culture and the arts, those quietly considering a move from cities, or searching for life beyond the center, or simply longing for a village and a home to call their own. Studio is situated near the city center, only 15 minutes walking distance to the main center of Yerevan. 3rd floor of the house, with a terrace and wonderful view to the city. Though it’s central place, you can enjoy your time in the green garden and smell fresh air, because the house is situated in the middle of many gardens. We planned the studio and equipped it with everything guests might need.
