No detail has been overlooked inside the apartment, and when you step outside you are a few blocks from the world class dining and boutique shopping of Georgetown, or a 15 minute walk to the center of Dupont Circle.

It is 3.5 blocks from Safeway, Starbucks, shops, restaurants; a 10-minute walk to M Street; 15-minute to Dupont; and a short cab ride to downtown. Small Pets Welcomed!

Beautiful clean in law suite in a private home with a bedroom, bath, washer/dryer, small living space, stocked kitchen and private entrance. 1 mile to Ballston Metro, free street parking upon request. Just off 66 and bike path, 6 min drive to DC. This is an inlaw suite on the second floor of a family house and we would prefer quiet professionals. There are 20 wooden outside stairs to climb to get into the unit. Absolutely no smoking of any kind. We look forward to hosting you!

Historic old basement apartment In Victorian townhouse where “Take Me Home, Country Roads” was written by John Denver. It is completely separated, has one bedroom, one bathroom, family room and big kitchen. It has washer/dryer, TV/Internet and AC/heating units in each room. Second bed for two guests must be requested with onetime fee $40. Parking permit is available upon request. No parties. No cleaning fees. Entrance is downstairs with narrow steps with a twist. No bikes!!

Walk to Georgetown - Glover Park Guest Suite

Covid-19 safe and separate entrance suite, with no shared utilities (radiator in winter and wall unit AC in summer). The space is bright and has windows facing East and South. The apartment has direct access to a private patio, where you can relax with a cup of coffee in the morning sun. The general atmosphere is cozy yet it has a contemporary feel thanks to its bamboo floors in the bedroom and modern tiles in the bathroom and kitchen. No smoking is allowed in the unit.

Compact, hospitable private guest quarters. Easy access through alleyway overlooking park. A budget-friendly nightly rate is rare for this prime location. The small room has two antique twin beds with Serta firm mattresses. The stocked bathroom has a walk-in shower with rainhead and handheld fixtures. There is not a sitting room or desk in this space. Live like a local with close access to Adams Morgan, DuPont Circle, Woodley Park, Cleveland Park, Logan Circle…

Charming recently remodeled 1 bedroom apartment, steps from restaurants and shops in Georgetown and shopping in Glover Park. Close to Georgetown and American Universities. Great bus routes into downtown DC. Trails nearby and access to the river. Free parking. Perfect for professionals and tourists. Nearby deli. Farmers market on Sunday. Ideal for 2 up to 4 in a Murphy queen bed and a crib for a baby or enfant (with prior notice and additional cost).

A private suite & parking

You get everything you see in the pictures, a private suite ready to welcome a last-minute reservation. If you need to check in early or check out late, the host will try to accommodate you when possible. A $70 extra fee applies for a guest who wants to use the second bedroom. It is currently used to keep bedding and linen. It remains locked. The host will always knock or text before entering the living room on the first floor.
