The house is ideally placed to explore the local area with Smolyan town and the ski resort of Pamporovo a 30 min drive and the Greek border only a 45 min drive away.

Our modern & spacious apartments are located on the shore of Lake Kardzhali. We are happy to welcome families and large groups (up to 12). Take a dip in the lake or plunge pool in summer to cool off or take a kayak or rowing/motor boat out. WifI and parking are included. We have 5 bedrooms (3 doubles, all en-suite, 1 with additional kitchenette as well as 2 twins), a large living room & kitchen and 2 balconies with panoramic views of the lake.

Fatovo ist ein ruhiges Dorf mitten in den Rhodopen mit einmaligem Blick über die Berge. Die Unterkunft mit separatem Eingang besteht aus Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch und Bad. Kochmöglichkeit ist vorhanden. Die Lage nach Südwesten sorgt bei den zahlreichen Sonnenstunden im Jahr für Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Trotz der Abgeschiedenheit gibt es WLAN und die Nähe zu Smolyan (15 min mit dem Auto) sorgt für Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

A simple and peaceful rural house close to the forest. The home is children friendly - we provide you with a cot, books, and toys. It has a quiet location and you can set off to forest walks from the doorstep. The house has a small but functional kitchenette and a wooden Finnish sauna. We would love to prepare for you a typical Bulgarian breakfast on request. Also we have many hiking, adventure and sightseeing tips for you.

The bungalow is located in the village zone of Kardjali, in close proximity to the city and in very quiet place. It has a double bed + bathroom. Guests have access to and can use the outer barbecue and the garden.
