Spinney includes a fully equipped gallery kitchen and separate large wet room with a large walk in shower. We are ideally situated between the Cotswolds and Stratford upon Avon.

Relax in our pretty little cottage located in a charming village perfectly placed to explore the north cotswolds. With the cottage comes your own exclusive fully fenced 2 acre dog field as well as access to walks in every direction. Just 20 minutes to Stratford Upon Avon, Broadway and Chipping Campden. 30 minutes to Cheltenham Races and 50 minutes to Birmingham Airport. Beautifully decorated from top to bottom in 2023. A lovely sunny and quiet three bedroomed house with Warwick Castle wall at the end of the garden. Five minutes walk into the centre of Warwick and two minutes to the entrance of Warwick Castle. Two bedrooms with double beds , one single bedroom, bathroom with bath and shower, lounge, kitchen and downstairs toilet. Parking for one car on the drive. This is my home therefore contains personal possessions. I provide space in wardrobes and drawers so no problems unpacking!
