It is 4kms from sea,the village boasts several excellent tavernas.Set in a terraced Olive grove,the grounds have been lovingly developed to sit harmoniously with the surroundings,the site is eco friendly. We offer bed and breakfast with homemade jams,jellies and marmalades plus dietary alternatives if advised in advance.

Our 200 years old traditional house is perfectly maintained and it will work as a time capsule, in which you will travel in much more authentic times, where good taste was synonymous to simplicity and people had enough time to dream. The shady garden plays the role of the conductor, sets the rules and interacts in a relaxing but at the same time demanding way. Everything takes place in or around this oasis. Built at the top of the village, it offers stunning views of the mountains and the valley below. Full of sunlight, big balconies, windows, and a lovely fireplace, it’s perfect for a quiet stay. Just a few minutes’ walk from the archaeological site and close to local restaurants and mini markets.

Ηλιόλουστο διαμέρισμα φωτεινό, ευρύχωρο και καλαίσθητο μόλις δύο λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο της Σπάρτης! Το διαμέρισμα είναι 94 τ.μ. Διαθέτει δύο υπνοδωμάτια με διπλά κρεβάτια και μεγάλες ντουλάπες. Και τα δύο υπνοδωμάτια διαθέτουν air condition και έχουν πρόσβαση σε ευρύχωρο γωνιακό μπαλκόνι. Cottage house in 10 acres olive tree grove, carefully decorated with upcycling wooden furniture customized from us. The house is located in a small settlement called Patima. It is 2 Km from Examilia Village, 6Km from the modern town of Corinthos and 4Km from ancient Corinthos. The center of Corinthos and the beach (kalamia) which have coffee shops, bars and restaurants are both 10 minutes by car from the house. All people are welcome.

Agroktima Farm Cottage

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting. The traditional furnishings, the wooden ceilings, the handmade needlework, the country-style fireplace and the stone-paved courtyard add to the houses a rustic charm.
