This home has been rebuilt and updated since hurricane Harvey so everything is fresh and new with lots of unique touches! This home is about 5 minutes away from the ferry to Port Aransas and the beach. Rockport Beach is a quick 15 minute drive and Corpus Christi is under 30 minutes away! Perfect area for fishing and boating! No pets.

The Vacation rental home is located in Aransas Pass Texas. The house is in a quiet central location. Grocery store and shopping are a walkable distance away. A short drive to Conn Brown Harbor, Rockport and Port Aransas Beaches. 1700 + sq ft, 3 Bedrooms plus a sleepable Sun Room, 2 Baths, and screened in porch. Sleeps 6. Private bungalow, centrally located, close to many beaches, perfect for couples, fisherman and beach goers. The property is covered with beautiful towering oaks, palm trees, flowers, and koi pond. Make yourself at home, explore the entire area, enjoy sitting in the swing in the late afternoon and chill! We are pet friendly, a one time fee of 30. Payable upon your departure, which can be left in the "Pet Fee" deposit jar. The bungalow is privacy fenced, ample parking, plus private patio & grill.

This private guesthouse sits in the back of a two acre beautiful oak tree covered lot, less than 2 miles from water. Included is a private patio with a gas grill for outdoor entertainment. The location is 7 miles to Port Aransas beach ferry and 10 minutes to Rockport shopping and dining. This is a fishing, duck hunting and bird watching paradise! The boat ramp is five minutes from house. We have street and alley entrances with plenty of free, private parking for a vehicle, trailer and boat.
