Beautiful apartment next to Barekamutyun metro

The apartment is very lovely, it is on 5th floor of a 5-floor old stone Soviet-era building. Most of the furniture is restyled vintage furniture except the kitchen/bathroom. There is a bedroom and a second smaller room which one can use as an office space but it also has pretty comfortable bed ("thakhta"). This is my daughter's apartment but we rent it out when she is not in the country. We want to welcome guests who want to feel at home in Yerevan right away, and will be respectful to our home.

The studio apartment is located in one of the best districts of Yerevan – close to Zovq and Yeritsyan & Sons supermarket, Komitas Avenue. Metro's station is located in 7 minutes to walk. The guest can reach the restaurants Genatsvale, Antarain Dzayner, Koozh, and the cafeteria Jazzve in a couple of minutes. Close to the building are the fast food Shawarma, Tashir Pizza, a Candy shop, a supermarket, a pharmacy, and so on. The apartment is equipped with everything you need to stay comfortably.
