Guest access: bedroom and bathroom on the upper floor, plus an extra toilet on the ground floor.

Situated on the third floor of our house "Casa Zurenborg", with private bathroom, sofa, table and corner with washbasin and microwave, in the heart of the picturesque quarter of Zurenborg. The area is unique and famous for its architecture, full of little bars and restaurants, and at only 10 minutes on foot from the train station Antwerpen-Berchem. The place is easily connected by public transport with the center and other tourist areas.

. The apartment is located in a lively area with many restaurants and cafes, and there are three large supermarkets nearby. There's a large underground parking lot opposite the building, priced at €24 per day. Every Wednesday and Friday, a market opens in the square in front of the building, where you can buy fresh vegetables, fruit, and other essentials. The central square is a 20-minute walk away. A beautiful yacht docking area and a famous museum are a 5-minute walk away.

Vlinderhuisje, Ranst , een rustige omgeving.

Dit vlinderhuisje is een kleine woning bestaand uit twee kamers met living, slaapkamer, douche en kitchenette. Het pand is gelegen in een rustige omgeving en toch maar 20' autorijden naar Antwerpen en 12' naar Lier. De hangmattentuin wil u graag laten rusten en bij winderig of koud weer kan je in de veranda Genieten. Op de ene hoek van de straat begint Ranst bos met fietsknooppunt "77", langs de andere kant is de supermarkt op 300 meter.

You have a private bathroom (9m²) with shower and toilet. The bedroom is about 16m² in size and has a double bed. There is a private garden with table and chairs. You can park your car in the driveway for free. If desired, you can request breakfast. (12 euros/person). During the winter months we ask for an extra 5 euros/n as a contribution to the heating costs. In autumn and spring, if heating still needs to be done, 2.5 euros / night.
