Het huis is gelegen in een rustige straat in het hippe Antwerpen zuid vlakbij restaurants, bars en culturele hotspots zoals het Museum voor Schone Kunsten en de Grote Markt. Onze volledig uitgeruste keuken en woonkamer beschikken over alle kookbenodigdheden, koffiezetapparaat, was & droogmachine, speaker, ….

De accommodatie is dé uitvalsbasis om Antwerpen te leren kennen vanuit de gezellige art deco-wijk Zurenborg. We hebben 2 gezellige pleintjes vol café's en restaurants: de Dageraadplaats en de Draakplaats. Op wandelafstand van het centrum of 2 min naar de tramhalte. De 3de verdieping is helemaal van jullie: leefruimte, kitchenette, badkamer, apart toilet en slaapkamer 1. De 2de slaapkamer is op de 2de verdieping. Je kan ook gebruik maken van de bar op de 1ste verdieping met aanpalend terras.

Het staat op een privédomein (de bossen rondom het huis zijn privé en dus niet toegankelijk, maar er zijn vele mogelijkheden voor wandelingen in de omgeving). U kan gemakkelijk naar Antwerpen, bv. met de waterbus vanuit Hemiksem.
