On this unique location right at the heart of the vibrant 'Zuid' of Antwerp, we offer you a warm welcome to our stylish, meticulously renovated duplex apartment for a perfect stay in our beautiful city. We've got a fully equipped open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet. Please note that the apartment is only accessible via stairs to the 2nd floor. As we are in the absolute epicenter of the coziest restaurants and bars, during weekends we must warn you that you will have a blast!

De accommodatie is de perfecte uitvalsbasis om de cultuurstad Antwerpen te leren kennen. Je verblijft op de bovenste verdieping van een herenhuis in de gezellige art deco wijk Zurenborg, die artistiek uitstraalt. Op wandelafstand van het centrum en de tram stopt achter de hoek. De Dageraadplaats met zijn restaurantjes en cafeetjes zijn een beleving op zich. Van hieruit kan je echt overal naartoe in onze koekenstad. Je kan ook gebruik maken van de bar op de 1ste verdieping met aanpalend terras.

The house is located in the historic heart of Antwerp. Culture, restaurants and bars, shopping: no matter what you want to do, it's a footstep away. You will enjoy this place because it has the spirit and the soul of a charming old lady and the dynamics and flexibility of the youth. 17th century on the outside, ultramodern on the inside. There's wifi, a Sonos sound system and digital tv. Or: switch it all off and enjoy the sauna and outdoor shower. Private parking (for small price) available.

Fully equipped apartment on the whole 2nd and 3rd floor of an original townhouse built in 1884. In the most fashionable and vibrant part of town (Het Zuid), close to the fashion district, the Kloosterstraat with its vintage and antiques shops, shopping street "Meir" and lots of museums, bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment has its own kitchen, a spacious bathroom, 1 bedroom and the private use of a big living terrace of 20m². There is a baby cot if needed and coffee and tea is offered.

Appartement Cosy BoHo Deluxe ligt net buiten het centrum. Jacuzzi, 150inch cinemascherm, automatische verlichting, airco en een luxueuze inrichting. Stilte is vereist vermits er overal buren zijn. Na 22u is de jacuzzi verboden. Parkeren is gratis rond het gebouw. Privé parkeerplaats is te huur. De tram stopt voor de deur en brengt je op 6 min naar station Centraal. De ideale locatie om Antwerpen te bezoeken. Het Sportpaleis, Trix, Bosuil, ligt allemaal op wandelafstand. Ontbijt is mogelijk.
