We are centrally located to all that Sacramento has to offer! Flooded with tons of natural light, our bright bungalow can accommodate a solo traveler or a couple/ friends for the weekend. This cozy stylish home is perfect for your getaway! with an open concept, 1 bedroom, kitchen and living room. Great alternative for those who have a small group and don't want to pay Hotel prices. A smaller price, and much more to offer! Smart TVs in every room. Board games for your entertainment. Comfy beds and a futon. A small backyard to with outdoor cooking. There is a cave door separating the living/kitchen area and bedroom. So if you are taller than 5' 4", you will have to duck :).

The “spa-like” bathroom boasts an overhead rain shower head & removable wand combo, a teak bench, shower essentials & fresh linens.

The East Sac Hive, Guest Studio

The East Sac Hive guest studio is in the center of Sacramento’s finest neighborhood built in the 1920’s, and we are proud to share our city with you. Our studio is quaint and cozy, but offers all of the amenities you would expect in a comfortable space. The micro studio is about 230 square feet and the perfect size for two adults or an adult and child. Maybe you'll even get to see the buzzing activity of our urban bee hive on the roof!
