Our home is an authentic cycladic stone house, built in 1830 and restored in 2005 and 2018, which provides all the comforts to the visitors. The upper balconies have a stunning view of the port and the 2 main churches of the island and the port from. The location, only 5 mins on foot from the center of Ermoupolis, offers the perfect opportunity to explore this beautiful town. During your accomodation you will be provided with hypoallergenic bed linens, 100% cotton, including 3 towels and 1 sea towel per person, as well as kitchen utensils.

In 5 minutes you can visit the Industrial and the Hermoupolis Textile Museum. Around are also supermarkets, pharmacy, hospital, gym, bakery . It's ideal for remote workers as it is spacious with all the amenities and the equipment for every day life. Fast and free wifi ,a wonderful terrace for relax as also for work.

Idyllic hillside location by the coast with magnificent endless views of the blue sea! Fully equipped two-room apartment, with exit to the courtyard with BBQ. It's 65sq.m. has two spaces one is 40sqm. with bedroom, bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining/living area with double sofa bed. The second space has a double bed, wardrobes & a bathroom of 25sqm. The doors lead directly to the courtyard which overlooks the sea. In addition, the yard has a stone-built BBQ and a traditional oven.

Traditional Medieval Stone house in "Ano Syros"

Μοναδική, πέτρινη παραδοσιακή οικία, εντός μεσαιωνικού οικισμού Άνω Σύρου. Η κατοικία έχει αδειοδοτηθεί από τον ΕΟΤ ως τουριστικό κατάλυμα. Χρονολογείται από τα τέλη 16ου αιώνα. Πλήρως ανακαινισμένη χωρίς να έχει αλλάξει ο παραδοσιακός της χαρακτήρας. Στον πάνω όροφο βρίσκεται το καθιστικό (με έναν καναπέ-διπλό κρεβάτι) καθώς και η κουζίνα (εξωτερική). Στον κάτω όροφο βρίσκεται η κρεβατοκάμαρα, με διπλό κρεβάτι, και το μπάνιο. Ιδανική για δύο άτομα, ενώ μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως τέσσερα.

Καλώς ορίσατε στο παραδοσιακό δωμάτιο το ¨Καλντερίμι¨.Το κτήριο χρονολογείται από τον 16ο αιώνα και βρίσκεται μέσα στον οικισμό της Άνω Σύρου, κοντά στην Πιάτσα(το κέντρο του οικισμού,όπου βρίσκονται οι ταβέρνες,τα καφέ-μπαρ,το μουσείο του Μάρκου Βαμβακάρη) και τον Καθεδρικό Ναό Σαν Τζώρτζη.Μια πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένη μεζονέτα,που μπορεί να φιλοξενίσει μέχρι 3 άτομα.Από την βεράντα μπορείς να δεις το Αιγαίο Πέλαγος, καθώς και την Ερμούπολη.Σας ευχόμαστε καλή διαμονή και καλές διακοπές.

Open the balcony door, breathe in the Aegean air and enjoy the endless blue. Ferries bound for the port come by within "touching" distance, as the scenery is completed by the islands of Tinos and Mykonos. The apartment is right above the only beach in town (Asteria), next to the picturesque Vaporia area. A just 10' walk will take you downtown, passing by the impressive Ag. Nikolaos church and the stunning Apollon theatre. Lastly, make sure to catch the sunrise, at least once!

Don’t forget the stairs of Ano Syros , there are many !
