✨ Your Housing Helpers proudly presents a tastefully furnished apartment home with a 2-bedrooms and 2-bathrooms, including an ensuite. Working desk and chair in one of the bedrooms, 55-inch Roku Smart TV in living room, new washer and dryer, brand new refrigerator, microwave, and stove. Kitchen appliances, including coffee maker with a one-cup option, kettle, frother, spice rack, and more! There is a 24-hour on-site gym, community center/lounge, kids’ playscape, and a seasonal outdoor pool!

Our neighbors love that we DO NOT ALLOW parties & LATE NIGHT, AFTER 9pm outdoor activities. We are required to limit the total number of individuals at our home to no more than 10 at any time, including visitors. Include visitors in guest count. At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on 2 acres. When we are not using our 2nd home, it is available for Airbnb guests. Our family home since 1986; when I designed & personally built it for my parents. Fully renovation in 2018, with continual updates.

PLEASE READ: Enjoy a simple, cozy stay in this 1-bedroom, 1-bath farmhouse on a peaceful country estate. The home offers a queen bed, pull-out sofa, and optional air mattress, plus a full kitchen with the basics. The hot tub is not inside of the unit. While the farmhouse is comfortable and straightforward, the estate is the true highlight—swim in the pool, walk the trails, soak in the hot tub, or relax by the pond fountain. Meals can be ordered from the main house for a truly serene getaway.
