The KORES boutique houses are an independent, self-catering lodging of two furnished residences that have been specially developed in a completely renovated multi-storey medieval building, in the traditional district of Topanas, on the western side of the old Venetian harbor of Chania.Both residences are enchanting houses with hospitable rooms in light and frugal lines. The harmony of spaces in levels, the arches, erratic walls, the galleries and Venetian walls that constitute a part of the house, create an astonishing cluster of medieval architecture in the two residences with the names "Aspasia" and "Ekaterini". "Aspasia" occupies the ground floor and the first floor of the lodging and consists of: The ground floor with a double bedded bedroom and another with a couch – bed, and a bathroom with open shower. The first floor with the living room, the dining room and open-plan kitchen, two bathrooms with closed showers, a master bedroom in the loft and a bedroom with two single beds below. "Ekaterini" occupies the second and third floor of the lodging and consists of: The second floor with the living room, dining room and open plan kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, a den with the “Turkish” couch that can easily host a 5th individual in the residence if necessary and a bathroom with a closed shower. The rooms of the second floor have access to a garden with a dining table, six chairs and an umbrella offering ample shade. The third floor with a master bedroom and its private terrace with a couch, a patio table and sun beds give the opportunity to guests to enjoy relaxation in the sun and the unhindered views of traditional backstreets, roofs and lofts of buildings, and of the mountains in the south.

Σπίτι φιλοξενίας 5 ατόμων με 2 υπνοδωμάτια, 2 μπάνια, ενιαίος χώρος, καθιστικού-κουζίνας η οποία περιλαμβάνει ηλεκτρική κουζίνα και φούρνο,ψυγείο,τοστιέρα, βραστήρα νερού. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 30 μέτρων από την θάλασσα και η κοντινότερη παράλια στα 100 μέτρα. Το κέντρο της πόλης μαζί και το λιμάνι απέχει 5 λεπτά περπατώντας. Σε κάθε χώρο υπάρχει κλιματισμός,παρέχεται δωρεάν wifi.Οι επισκέπτες μπορούν να απολαύσουν τον καφέ η το ποτό τους στο μπαλκόνι με θεά την θάλασσα και το λιμάνι.

Συγκεκριμένα, βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 100μ. από τη Δημοτική Αγορά της πόλης και μόλις 50μ. από το Ενετικό λιμάνι.

Ενα μικρό, ήσυχο σπίτι 55τμ στο χωριό Λάκκοι, σε υψόμετρο 500 μέτρα, με ατμόσφαιρα παραδοσιακή, με ανεμπόδιστη θέα στα Λευκά Ορη της Κρήτης, με δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες, ένα μπάνιο και καθιστικό με κουζίνα, που φιλοξενεί 4 άτομα και το κατοικίδιό τους. Η ανατολή του ήλιου χτυπάει πρωί πρωί την αυλή και τα παράθυρα του σπιτιού και το λούζει με φως. 20 λεπτα από το φαράγγι της Σαμαριάς, 30 λεπτά από τα Χανιά και 60 λεπτά για τη Σούγια στο Λιβυκό Πέλαγος και 10 λεπτά από το πλησιέστερο σούπερμαρκετ.

Traditional stone house

Renovated- traditional 100 year old stone house (74, 91 sq.m.) reminiscent of a shelter. Settled in a small village named Zourva, at an altitude of 650 m. in the heart of the White Mountains. Furnished, with air-conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, TV and energy fireplace for cold winter nights. Two large balconies with stunning views of the cypress forest and Tromarissa gorge. There are two taverns in the village, and also two beautiful hiking paths for those who love hiking.

Our cozy stone built home in the village "Kaloudiana Kissamos" is a perfect place for relaxing. We have renovated our grandparents home that was built in 1800 by our ancestors. It is in a perfect location close to the market of the village, at a distance of 200 meters. Away from the main road for quiet and relaxation! The narrow streets to get to the house impose a small car.
