Part of a former manor house built in 1789, this private cottage is located in a delightful walled garden only a couple of minutes walk from the town centre. A woodburning stove has been recently installed. The property is ideally located to enjoy the best of Perthshire and has easy access onto the Cateran Trail. Perth and Dundee are both easily accessible and 30 minutes will take you to the ski slopes of Glenshee.

Whilst being a very relaxing and welcoming house for families it is also the perfect location for friends who wish to have a break away.
