Our home is a grade 2 listed building with large rooms and gardens. It is a perfect location for sightseeing North Wales, Anglesey, Chester, Liverpool and Manchester . We are very close to the beautiful Snowdonia National Park and the coast. Perfect for walkers and anyone who enjoys beautiful countryside. Paula and Simon live on the premises, so are on hand for any help and advice if needed. The guest wing has maximum privacy, but is joined to main house, with access to garden,patio & BBQ area.

Take it easy at this unique, quiet getaway. Set below our home, the flatlet is central to everything this part of north Wales offers. Enjoy the private double room with shower/toilet, kitchenette and patio. A 10 minute walk (via the footpath at the village hall) takes you to the beach and a two minute walk up the road takes you to the beginning of Eryri National Park. We are surrounded with beautiful walks, with friendly pubs and restaurants near by. Ynys Môn (Anglesey) is a short drive away.

A charming, simple cottage, basic, but comfortable. Quiet, remote yet easliy accesible. Great location in the Eryri National Park for all amenities N. Wales has to offer; Zip World, Bounce Below, Snowdon, castle vists, 35 mins from coast and glorious beaches etc. Wild river swimming & fishing from the front door- Electric, logs is extra, paid at the end of your stay. Please note cheaper nightly rate. Pets by arrangement only. Bed linen & towels not included. Bedlinen can be added at £10 pp

Self contained with a fitted shower-room / WC and compact kitchen; king-size bed with storage. small seating space looking out on the decking which overlooks a small stream that attracts all types of wildlife. Relax in the coverd gas heated spa hot tub which can be used all year in all weather. Set in a half acre paddock Min yr Afon huts are on the outskirt of the village within easy reach of country lanes. Get away from it all and experience peace and tranquillity... a little piece of heaven!

Secluded hut surrounded by woodland

The Stone Hut is in a very secluded spot surrounded by woods. It has two rooms, one is the bedroom which has a double bed and the other room has an unusual cast iron wood burner with two cooking rings and a kitchen area. There is an outside shower hut and a compost loo which is all for your own private use. There is no electric so you will need to get the fire going to boil the kettle.We provide a coolbox for keeping food cool, and provide ice packs. Please note, only one well behaved dog.

Y Bwthyn is a 19th century barn conversion in the grounds of our own farmhouse, the Old Watermill. Stunning mountain views with Snowdonia around the corner. Two bedrooms , fully fitted kitchen & a large modern shower room. Plenty of outdoor spaces to relax in as well as your own private garden area by the stream. Amazing unpolluted night skies to wonder at before falling asleep listening to the stream outside your bedroom window. EV charger on site. Dogs and children very welcome too.

If you are looking to visit Snowdon it is approximately 45 minutes away. If it’s the sea you are wanting there are quite a few lovely sandy beaches within a short distance.

The Stable is a beautiful and unique cottage located on the Isle of Anglesey just a few minutes away from the famous Blue Flag beach at Newborough. There is free parking on site and gorgeous views from the stunning gable end window.The main room upstairs has amazing features including views across the surrounding countryside, an open plan ensuite bath tub and rustic stone walls. Downstairs there is a kitchen and dining area with a separate loo and wash basin.
