Centralt beläget radhus i Änggården

Kommer att ha enkel tillgång till allt från detta centralt belägna boende, men ändå närhet till natur vid ängårdsbergen, botaniska och Slottskogen. På första våningen finns ett fullt utrustat kök med öppen planlösning till vardagsrum med utgång till trädgården. Det finns även ett TV rum och en toalett. På andra våningen finns ett badrum med 1 stor dusch och en separat toalett. 2 stora sovrum, båda med dubbelsängar och utgång till balkong. Bakom huset ligger en lummig trädgård med sittplatser.

Övre Järkholmen

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med utsikt som sträcker sig över hela askimsfjorden ända ut till Tistlarna. Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. Nybyggt gästhus nära Göteborgs centrum

Kom och bo i vårt nybyggda gästhus i en lugn villaoas nära centrala Göteborg. Här finns både spårvagn och buss på 5 minuters promenadavstånd som tar dig snabbt till centrum eller Liseberg. Huset har ett fullutrustat kök med kyl/frys, induktionshäll, ugn och diskmaskin. Det finns ett relativt stort badrum med dusch och tvättmaskin samt ett sovloft med en dubbelsäng. Sovloftet nås via en smal trappa och det är inte ståhöjd uppe på loftet. Det finns plats för en bil på vår uppfart.

Short tram trips take you to the city centre or the archipelago. Välkommen till husets charmiga ovanvåning, dit du kommer via en egen ingång. Huset har nyligen genomgått en omfattande renovering i tidstypisk stil. Detta boende ligger i området Kungsladugård, Majorna. Parken Slottsskogen ligger precis i närheten och på några minuter når du Mariaplan där det finns barer, restauranger och butiker. Det tar 15 minuter med spårvagnen till centrala Göteborg. Det finns flera mataffärer bara några kvarter bort.
