The Barn is situated in the grounds of White House Farm, on the banks of the River Witham. It's a wonderfully cosy and private barn conversion with a separate private garden which is fully enclosed ideal for Dogs. We also now have a pontoon on The River behind the Barn from which you can launch your paddle boards, canoes or even go wild water swimming!

We can provide secure storage for bicycles and it is an ideal location for both families and ramblers. Don't forget to look out for our Lincoln Red Cattle. Nestled in the beautiful market town of Louth on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds is Auctioneers Cottage, a cosy quaint two bedroom victorian cottage full of character and charm. The recently renovated cottage is perfectly situated to offer easy access to the town centre, off street parking close by and a plentiful selection of good pubs & restaurants. The location is also ideal for exploring the superb walking and cycling trails the Lincolnshire Wolds has to offer.

Situated on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds (AONB) in the historic market town of Spilsby. The Carriage House is a unique property close to the market square with good bus links to neighbouring towns. Boston is 17 miles away, Skegness 11 and Lincoln 25. The area is known for its close links to aviation history with museum and RAF Coningsby 15 minutes away. Bolingbroke Castle is 10 minutes by car and Gunby Hall just one of many places to visit.

An extraordinarily spacious bungalow with period cottage features - inglenook fireplace, lots of brickwork and beams - despite being a relatively young property (built 2000). There is an excellent flow to the property and feels like a very sociable place to be, it is very well equipped, cosy and warm. Extensive outdoor patio and parking areas. We are extremely proud of our property and want our guests to enjoy it as much as we have.
