A unique and charming studio apartment literally in the middle of it all. 2 block walk to Conch House. 10 minute walk over the bridge to downtown. 10 minute walk to lighthouse and Salt Run boatramp. 15 minute walk to amphitheater. Old Coast Ales Brewery, Osprey Tacos, and Odd Birds Restaurant (along with others) are each a block away. Bikes and 2 paddleboards are available and included with rental (waiver of liability required). Please message prior to arrival if you will be interested in using.

Located in beautiful St. Augustine Ocean & Racquet Resort. Your own cozy guest suite with private entry. Lovely little bedroom and beautiful bathroom . Private porch and sitting area. Located adjacent our guest studio but the suite is entirely yours and private. These two share a lush garden path, but have separate porches and entrances. The MarshMellow is a well thought out accommodation that has everything we think you'll need for a lovely stay in St. Augustine. A 20 minute stroll to the Amp and short drive or bike to the beaches or downtown.

Perfect cozy bungalow for a stay in the nations oldest city. Huge bedroom with a new king bed. Living room with a sleeper sofa and TV. Coffee station, french press, microwave, and mini fridge. Full of artwork. Paintings and a sculpture. Huge stone tiled shower. Located off Anastasia Blvd with great restaurants, coffee shop, pubs and fun for the kids! Located 1 mile the the Anastasia beach state park and then a little over a mile to the beach!! Does not have a kitchen. Walk to Alligator Farm!
