This beautiful studio with garden view in a family home is a peaceful place just 15 minutes away from the busy city center. The entrance to the house is communal, we live on the top floors, but the studio has its own entrance from the hallway and has private access to the garden with view on and entrance to a canal. The studio has a kitchen with basic cooking equipment (microwave, hot plates, pans, coffeemaker etc), shower, toilet and seating area to make your stay as convenient as possible.

Downstairs a queensize bed overlooking the water and bathroom with shower & large bath. A terrace in front with several seatings and a swing bench. Located in a beautiful green street very near the center: 2 stops by tram or 15 min walk from central station. We don't serve breakfast but provide many nice basics to prepare your own.

This unique corner apartment has a view at the canals and is located in a prime location in the centre. Located in a green area with lots water, also called "The garden of Amsterdam". Our apartment is 3 minutes walk from the tram station called Alexanderplein. This station takes you within 5 minutes to the metro line or you can take the tram for 10 minutes to the city center. Lastly, we have a bike shop around the corner so you can have the full Dutch experience during your stay!

In de zomer voelt ons huis echt als een vakantiehuis, in de winter is het romantisch met de open haard. Our house is light, attractive, comfortable and focuses on the spacious garden with terrace and veranda. The garden gives a lot of privacy. In the summer our house really feels like a holiday home, in the winter it is romantic with the fireplace.
