Ilpendam is a picturesque village in Waterland, 8 km north of Amsterdam. We have the advantages of the countryside, on the other hand we are in 10 min by car or bus to the A'dam Metro! After a hectic day in the city, you can relax here in nature. There is a large wooden deck on the water with table and chairs. Here you can swim if you like or paddle with our borrowed canoes. There's also a terrace in front of the house, with a table and 3 chairs where you can have breakfast in the morning sun.

De jacuzzi kan alleen door u gebruikt worden. Parking op eigen terrein.

Verscholen in de bossen van Soestduinen, op het Landgoed de Paltz, ligt de Cottage op de Paltzerhoeve. The Cottage is een sfeervol ingerichte vakantiewoning in landelijke stijl. Hier kun je genieten van de bosrijke omgeving en de idyllische, rustige sfeer op het landgoed. De aanwezigheid van de paarden op het terrein, draagt bij aan de landelijke sfeer. De Cottage is te boeken vanaf 2 nachten. Voor bedrijfsboekingen door de weeks zijn aangepaste verblijftijden of dagboekingen mogelijk.

Also within cycling distance: Haarlem, the best shopping city in the Netherlands, with its many restaurants and cozy pubs. Easily accessible by train and only 30 minutes from Amsterdam city center.
