It is private to only your group! The downstairs with all it offers, is for one or two person stays. The upstairs becomes available if you enter 3 or more people. Welcome to The BARN! You can expect to feel tucked away in the trees in this cozy, rustic, yet chic space. Thoughtful lighting, fine linens and furnishings with a spacious and private deck off the back to sit and enjoy nature or entertain. Miles of wooded forest is this location; if you’re looking to escape the city or a busy life, this is the perfect place to explore, relax and revive. At the main house (across the way), there are horses, barn kitties, cattle dogs and other friendly animals.

Practically in the shadow of Mount Monadnock, the country's most hiked mountain is just a ten minute drive away! Bear Brook Trail Side Getaway & RV Park

Come stay in our peaceful one bedroom black bear themed unit. Cozy living room with games, smart tv, wifi, dvd player and movies. Great work space in bedroom. Unit has a full kitchen, full bath. Enjoy axe throwing, shoot some hoops or sit by the campfire (pending fire bans in drought conditions.) Hike to the brook and enjoy our trails on 15 acres. Come and enjoy a relaxing stay at our peaceful cottage on Daniels Lake. The small, recently-renovated home is in a rural setting but close to restaurants, shopping, parks, ski slopes, golf courses, lakes and quaint New England villages. The large deck has a gorgeous view of the lake. Four kayaks, two canoes, standup paddle board and pedal boat are available to use on the lake which is known for its good fishing. Two bedrooms, dining room and living room overlook the lake and woods.
