This is a brand new home that is clean, modern and inviting. We have an outdoor deck with seating and twinkle lights that can be particularly enjoyed in the spring and fall!

Come enjoy our home in beautiful Buena Vista tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by thick forest. With a deck and a fully fenced front yard enjoying the outdoors is easy. Just 4 minutes to SVU and 12 minutes to VMI and W&L it is easy access to whichever campus you need. The house is also 12 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway and on the edge of the Washington National Forest.There are many trails here (some even just across the street) so if you come to hike, you are in the right place!

Enjoy the sunrise over a horse pasture, the sounds of nature, and the brightest stars in Virginia. Our Non-Functioning Family Farm is on the side of a mountain with fresh spring water. On the grounds you have a Hot Tub, Barn, Private Gym, Playground, Fire-pit, Hammock, Acres to Roam, Multiple Decks, etc. A quick ~10 minute walk to the Falling Rock Bridge on the Tye River for fishing, kayaking, tubing, or looking for Otters! Nelson lake has a boat ramp and public fishing just 5 miles away.

The Cottage at Savernake, located on hwy 501 on the South end of Buena Vista, VA on Savernake Farm, offers 1 br, 1 bath, beautifully updated kitchen, charming living room with pull out couch, and washer/dryer. Conveniently located near Southern Virginia University. The Cottage is centrally located between Lexington, Glasgow, Natural Bridge, with easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway and the Appalachian Trail.

A gas grill and fire ring are provided. You will have Wifi, Roku TV screens, puzzles, card games, and corn hole. The Blue Ridge Parkway is nearby. This cabin is 15 min from the AT at mile marker 809.1.

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Close to Glen Maury Park, SVU and Lexington Va. close to Horse a center and Safari Park. Home has nice cover front porch and deck in back. One bedroom with a queen bed and tv mounted on wall. Living room with 43 inch Roku tv with a full size sleeper sofa. 2 nd bedroom with a full bed. Bathroom has a stand up shower only.
