If you want to go back to basic, have an open mind and don't need perfection, then relax and enjoy our self-made garden house! We built it with much love and fun in a creative, organic way from recycled, found and donated materials. The (20 square m.) little house is simple, but under the care of a big Douglas Pine tree and with enough basic elements in kitchen, house and own private garden you can feel relaxed safe and happy! 26 km from Amsterdam 24 km Utrecht 5,6 km Hilversum 200m from nature!

Het huisje met de blauwe luiken, bij de Veluwe.

BIJTIEN is een zelfstandig klein huisje met blauwe luiken, aan de rand van de Veluwe, voor 2 volwassenen. Dit tiny-house heeft een woonkamer met keukenblokje, een luxe douche met toilet op de begane grond. De slaapkamer is op de verdieping. Terras met buitendouche. Optioneel is de hottub bij te boeken voor 40 euro voor max 2 opeenvolgende avonden. Iedere nieuwe gast krijgt schoon water in de hottub! De Veluwe met veel fiets- en wandelroutes is op ca. 1 km afstand. Fietsen kunnen in de berging.

This house offers all this and is located in the center of Amersfoort (5 min. walking distance to the old city center & 20 min. to the station). Amersfoort is a lively city with events all year round & a fantastic starting point to explore all major cities in NL.

Quiet apartment Soest countryside central Holland

The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful spots in Soest near the Eem river. It is suited for people who are looking for a quiet place to stay for a few days or weeks in the area around Soest. We have two rooms with a view of the garden on the ground floor of a former farmhouse, in a separate part of the main farmhouse. You can use a part of the garden outside the rooms where you can sit. Pets are not allowed. You may rent bicycles on the premises for 5 euros per day. Own entrance.

Stijlvol appartement onder ons huis, in het souterrain, met een patio en een eigen trap naar beneden. Van alle comfort voorzien, keuken, badkamer, apart toilet, 1 slaapkamer en 1 extra logeerplek (met gordijn, geen deur! Voor max 2 personen). Met de auto ben je in 30 minuten in Amsterdam of Utrecht. Het appartement is op loopafstand van Paleis Soestdijk en station Soestdijk. Dichtbij de bossen en met veel leuke restaurants om de hoek. De ruimte is ook geschikt als werkplek of vergaderruimte.

Op een mooie groene locatie vrijstaande moderne cottage op 15 min lopen van centrum/station. U heeft beschikking over slaap/zitkamer met op de vide een 2 persoonsbed ( 1.70). In het zitgedeelte is een werk/eettafel voor 2 pers, gezellige openhaard en een slaapbank voor gasten die liever op de begane grond slapen (1.80). Eigen ruime badkamer met douche, wastafel en apart toilet. Koelkast en kookplaat (2pits) aanwezig. De cottage bevindt zich op eigen terrein met voldoende parkeergelegenheid.

Bijzonder mooie plek in hartje Amersfoort

Vanuit deze ideaal gelegen accommodatie kun je allerlei activiteiten ondernemen. Je hebt het gehele grachtenpand voor jezelf. In het mooiste en leukste straatje van Amersfoort waarin de heerlijkste restaurants zitten. Vanuit je bed kijk je uit op de gracht met daarachter de Onze lieve vrouwe toren. In de grachten kun je suppen of op een van de rondvaartbootjes stappen. Liever niet zelf ontbijt maken? Op een paar meter heb je de lekkerste ontbijtjes en koffie. Dit is een heerlijke plek!

With the train station around the corner, it is the perfect place (in the middle of the country) to make your city trips to Amsterdam, Rotterdam or the beach.

INTRO: Since 2022 we offer our newly designed studio with private entrance. This is located in a quiet residential area at a 5-minute walk from the center of Amersfoort . Studio 11: Is 35m2 and has a living room with skylight, bedroom and bathroom. The Studio is equipped with a Green Sedum roof & uses Solar Energy! Facilities such as Nespresso machine, kettle, refrigerator, TV, are also available. Check in from 3:00 PM /Check out 11:00 AM paid parking 3 euro per uur. No pets.

Aan de rand van de historische binnenstad van Amersfoort ligt ons ruime, meer dan 100 jaar oude herenhuis. De bovenste verdieping is compleet gerenoveerd en van alle gemakken voorzien om als appartement verhuurd te worden. Via een gezamenlijk trappenhuis bereik je het appartement, dat kan worden omschreven als sfeervol, met gebruik van mooie materialen, oog voor detail en vooral comfortabel met alles wat je nodig hebt voor een prettig verblijf voor korte of langere tijd.

Zonnig appartement op 2e verdieping, smaakvol ingericht, volledig uitgeruste keuken op geweldige locatie in trendy buurt. A home away from home. 15 minuten lopen naar het centrum, 10 minuten naar centraal station. Verrassend rustige omgeving voor de centrale ligging. Geweldig dakterras met 360 graden uitzicht over Utrecht, met lounge bank en bbq. Betaald parkeren in de straat, maar vrijdag 11.00 tot maandag 06.00 gratis parkeren in de buurt.
