The Rose - Romantic loft at the Spessart forest

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Diese neu renovierte gemütliche Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen im schönen Örtchen Echzell bietet einen Wohn-/Essbereich, einen Schlafraum, eine Küche und ein Badezimmer. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem bequemen Doppelbett (160 x 200) und einem Kleiderschrank ausgestattet. Im Wohnraum steht eine Schlafcouch für eine weitere Person. Mein Bootshaus ist ein Ort der Ruhe und Erholung. Es lädt dazu ein, ganz für sich zu sein, den Alltag zu vergessen und liegt in einem kleinen Dorf zwischen Darmstadt und Frankfurt. Ein Loft mit Kamin, Sauna, 12-Meter-Pool und Garten. Individuelle gastronomische Betreuung kann gerne dazu gebucht werden. Ihr könnt aber auch selbst in der voll ausgestatteten Bootshausküche kochen. Die Anreise mit dem Auto ist problemlos und sicheres Parken auf dem Grundstück inklusive.

Unsere Ferienwohnung (ca. 35 qm) liegt zentral im Ortskern der historischen Altstadt von Butzbach, der Perle der Wetterau. Der mittelalterliche Markplatz mit seinen historischen Fachwerkhäusern gehört zu den schönsten in Deutschland. Die Wohnung hat einen separaten Eingang mit Videotürsprechanlage. Durch die zentrale Lage sind alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und Restaurants unmittelbar fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Bahnhof befindet sich 3 Fussgängerminuten entfernt.
