Charming apartment with the perfect location of Altea, on the fifth floor where you fall asleep listening to the waves. Fantastic terrace, two bedrooms...l The beach two steps from home. It is very comfortable, renovated and with high speed WIFI 600Mb. Free parkings on train station. Every year we do maintenance and continuous improvement, renewing or buying new equipment for the home. Excelente apartamento totalmente reformado en planta 20 con vistas frontales exclusivas y maravillosas al mar!!! Tiene dos habitaciones y dos baños totalmente reformado y de lujo. En la vivienda caben hasta 6 personas dado que tiene tres camas y el sofá cama. Además tiene piscina y aparcamiento propio. La terraza es muy grande con 14 metros cuadrados estar en la misma es un verdadero lujo.
