Mijn Airbnb ligt op de 2e etage en hoeft u niet te delen. De inrichting heeft een jaren zeventig sfeer. Op de ruime overloop is een bedstee gebouwd. De badkamer is vrij ruim. De keuken is geheel ingericht. Er is gratis thee, koffie, kruiden, wifi en een tv in de bedstee. De etage kan apart afgesloten worden (zie foto's). Op de eerste etage heb ik een extra deur geplaatst die mijn etage afsluit van de overloop. In de wijk kunt u gratis parkeren, maar niet overal, zie uitleg bij toegang voor gasten.

Sand Appartment, bevindt zich op de gehele 1e verdieping van het woonhuis. Op 1 minuut van het Zuid strand, met goede restaurants. Lopend: centrum 5 minuten en treinstation 8 minuten. In Zandvoort is een groot zwembad "Aqua Mundo Center Parcs". Mooie steden in buurt van Zandvoort of op fiets/trein of rij-afstand: o.a.: Amsterdam, Haarlem, Alkmaar, Volendam. Mooie duinen en bossen met fiets- en wandelroutes bevinden zich in de directe omgeving. Uw host helpt u graag met nadere informatie.

Comfortable townhouse nearby Amsterdam. The house has a spacious living room and two bedrooms. The house is suited for 3 guests. Towels and linen are provided. A well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Shower gel is not provided. The kitchen is equipped with a four burner cooker, oven, a dishwasser, a Nespresso machine and several cooking and eating utensils. At the back of the house there is a small terrace with seating. Free Wi-fi and the use of the (smart) tv is available.

In deze centraal gelegen accommodatie ligt alles voor je gezin binnen handbereik. Dicht bij het centrum van Utrecht en toch rustig gelegen. Treinstation en bushalte om de hoek. Het huis heeft een woonkamer/keuken en de bijkeuken heeft wasmachine, droger en vriezer. In de hal is de wc gesitueerd. Boven zijn de badkamer met douche en wc plus drie slaapkamers. 2 met een 1 persoonsbed en op zolder een slaapkamer met 2 persoonsbed. Het huis is inclusief Kees de kat 😊 de allemansvriend

This studio apartement is situated in a 17th Century Canal house, on the Prinsengracht (one of the 3 major canals), right in the center of Amsterdam, within the UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE AREA. The Studio has its own private entrance along the canal, with canal view and a well equipped private kitchen, a large table and modern private bathroom. During the day you can sit outside on the bench in front of the apartment on the sunny side of the canal, nice to see people passing by.

Via je eigen ingang kom je in de knusse woonkamer met 3 zitsbank met hocker, eettafel met 4 stoelen, keuken en de badkamer. Boven is er een slaapruimte met wastafel, tweepersoonsbed (140 x 200) en een eenpersoonsbed (80 x 200). Ons huisje heeft een eigen terras met tafel en 4 stoelen en is voorzien van een zonnescherm.

Mooi huis in de historische binnenstad van Hoorn, direct aan de haven en in de buurt van de winkelstraten, diverse terrassen en restaurants. Het station is op 15 minuten loopafstand en daardoor sta je in 45 minuten in Amsterdam. Ideale locatie dus! Het huis is deels gerenoveerd. Er is een ruime woonkamer, een gloednieuwe keuken met een mooie eettafel. Er zijn twee slaapkamers en je kunt gebruikmaken van een fijne tuin met vuurplaats.

The house is very close to the train station, and only a few minutes walk to some of the best restaurants and sailboat viewing in town. It is perfect for a long stay or a short holiday!

Welcome to our 17th century building, a national monument. Our building is located in the Prinsenstraat, between the old harbour and the main shopping street, right in the heart of the city centre. Supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants are located around the corner. Museums and other sights are all within walking distance. We are surrounded by harbours and water.
