Lakefront in Prattville…Summer time fun doesn’t get better then that! Enjoy swimming, kayaking & sunbathing, right out the front door. Carol’s Prattville Cafe is a few doors down & Plumas Pines Bar & Grill is a short walk away. Relax on the deck, throw some steaks on the grill, pour yourself a glass of wine, and take in the beautiful Lakefront view. Sorry but we do not have a dock. You may launch your boat at Plumas Pines Marina located 1/2 mile away. No early arrival unless pre-approved.

This beautiful charming 3 bedroom 2 bath newer home is located on Bailey Creek Golf Course. The home boasts an elegant wood cabin feel with all the modern amenities and comforts. Queen sofa sleeper in living room, full bath and kitchenette with fridge, microwave, hot plate and toaster oven. Private entrance located under our main cabin. Enjoy the outdoor BBQ while relaxing around the fire pit after a fun day at the lake. Stackable washer/dryer for all of your laundry needs. Access to Lake Almanor is minutes away. Lassen Park and numerous hiking trails await your visit.

Welcome to Riversong Retreat! Nested at the end of the road, in a quiet forest of Cedar and Pine, with some of the best fishing on Lake Almanor within walking distance of the house. The house is located in the little community of Hamilton Branch. The river flows right past the house into Lake Almanor. There is Four different levels of living space. The house is a short 30 mile drive to Lassen Volcano National Park. Take the hike to the top of a volcano for a great view.
