Enjoy an extraordinary couple's retreat at the historic Fog Signal House at Sand Hills Lighthouse. Originally built in 1919 to house two massive fog horns, the Fog House has been transformed into a relaxing space for two. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Stay in the heart of Michigan's Keweenaw Peninsula, not far from beautiful Lake Superior, Copper Harbor, and downtown Calumet's National Historic Park. We have added a “spa” room in our basement that has a large steam room/sauna, a Jacuzzi whirlpool tub and full bathroom. Our house does not have a TV but we do have awesome Spectrum wifi. There’s also in floor heat and central air conditioning! Sorry no pets.
