We are located 10 minutes from Black Moshannon State Park, and only 25 minutes from Penn State Beaver Stadium. Guests are provided with breakfast items for the duration of their stay.

Welcome to one of the oldest dwellings in the county. This home dating to ~1790 was the residence for the grist mill manager. The cozy space is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath home that is tastefully decorated and complete with all the amenities you need for a quiet and peaceful getaway. Sit on the porch listening to the birds, or down by the creek relaxing to the sounds of the creek. The home is on a quiet country road with little traffic. The owners house and former company store is right next door.

3 bedroom apartment. Quiet country setting. Located 30 miles from St. College, home of Penn State. 15 miles from Raystown Lake for boating, swimming or fishing. They also made a new bike trail. Close to Rails to Trails for hiking or biking. Also near the Little Juniata River for trout fishing(regulated as All Tackle Catch and Release). Cozy country charm

My cottage has beautiful views from every side of the house and a relaxing front porch to sit and relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. It's a cozy cottage at the foot of the mountain with lots of privacy. There are no neighbors. There are horses here to enjoy watching them graze or feed them a snack. It's truly a nice getaway and still only a half hour from 3 local towns. For warmer weather there is a firepit, picnic table, grill and some nice shaded areas to relax.
