Newly renovated loft in the heart of downtown Alexandria Bay! Easy access to boat tours, shopping, restaurants, and all that the 1000 Islands has to offer! Located right next to Rotary Park and only steps from the Riverwalk and public gazebo. And Scenic View Park and the public beach are just down the street. The loft has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a grill and outdoor table for cookouts. There's even a record player and a collection of records to enjoy!

Peaceful Getaway

Kick back and relax in this peaceful space. Guest house has two twin beds, private bathroom, microwave, toaster, Keurig, small refrigerator. WiFi access, outdoor grill with outdoor dining and seating area all under a 16x24 pavilion. This property offers incredible views, fish jumping and canoe and kayak access. End your incredible day fishing off the dock with s’mores at the fire pit. Hunters and fishermen welcome. Plenty of parking so bring your motorized toys! See you soon!

Heron House (Bay side) Riverfront/Docking/Ramp

The historic, circa 1880’s Heron House vacation home is balanced on the edge of the village of Clayton, nestled in the protected French Bay harbor with breathtaking sunset views. Meticulously appointed, lovingly restored to its former, distinctive grandeur, and available for rent year-round. A short walking distance to all the village has to offer. From unique boutiques, the world-class Antique Boat Museum, fitness facilities, and River Yoga.

The Annex, private hot tub

Spectacular views are yours from this newly renovated 1 bedroom cottage on Sawmill Bay. Three great local restaurants, shopping, marinas, tennis courts, public beach and boat launch are all within walking distance or a short drive away. Plenty of outdoor space on a private quiet road make this an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway. NOTE: Hot tub is CLOSED from January 1 to April 1.

Bay Edge Cottage

Unwind in the beautiful village of chaumont with stunning views of sawmill bay. This lakefront property boasts a brand new dock which you can tie a boat to and a peaceful atmosphere making it the perfect place to sit with family and friends to watch the boats come in and out of the marina, hit up amazing local eateries, and enjoy the peacefulness of sawmill bay.

Riverside at Alexandria Bay (A)

This is one of two units that we have available on our property. Both are separate from our home and have kings sized beds. 200 sq ft room with full bath and kitchenette. Outside grill and space for up to 28 ft. boat. Parking for boat trailer as well. Property is directly on the river. View from room is restricted.
