Come and relax in our hot tub ♨️ after your long flight or road trip. 📍This is a quiet, safe area and one of the best in the region, just a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Springbrook Park. *We do charge a $15 per night pet fee. This 815 square foot home built in 1945 has been completely renovated and has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Centrally located to shopping, dining, trails, 3.5 miles to UT campus and downtown Knoxville.
