Chazy Boat ramp is 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. This guest house has been built and designed by my husband and I. It sits behind our house with private walking/biking trails right out your door. The design is modern with natural warm colors and tucked away in the trees. The loudest noise you will hear are the owls hooting and a faint distant train whistle two times a day. Our mission is to create an atmosphere of tranquility, calmness and peace. We offer mother nature outside your door with easy access to all the activities you desire.

Transformed back to its original purpose, as a getaway cottage for escaping the hustle and bustle of the City, it’s designed as true Adirondack Mountain getaway over looking Lake Champlain. We are 1 block from the Harmony Golf Club, (the Harmon Family was one of the past owner's), 1 block from Port Kent train station and beach, 4 min from AuSable Chasm, 45 min from Whiteface Mnt. and Lake Placid.

Newly renovated 600 square foot house features a heat pump, WIFI, new flooring fresh paint, and comfortable furniture to kick back and relax in. We have a fully stocked kitchen, a 40 inch TV with Roku, a gas grill and all linens and towels are included. Boat launch and Alburg Sand Beach (the dunes) is about 3 minutes as well. Harborside Market has all the essentials. Explore the local restaurant scene. Visit The North Hero House, Shore Acres or The Blue Paddle for a delicious meal.

Charming Cabin located in St Albans, VT. It sits on a one-acre lot with lake access to a shared beach front only a short walk away. A privacy fence separates you from neighbors on one side and a large expanse of woods on the other. Space can accommodate up to 4 adults. Cabin is 550 square feet with all the amenities you need and tons of outdoor space. Including large yard with a screened in patio, fire pit, grill, hammock and yard games. Rental comes with all bedding and linens.
